Refund policy

We accept refund where the item is not as described but we do not accept refunds where the reason is for change of mind. If an item is found to be non authentic by a third party authenticator then we will also refund the item fully under our lifetime authenticity guarantee.

The claim to refund for an item not as described must be within 7 days of receiving the item. To initiate refund you can contact us on Instagram or email us at  authetica00@gmail.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

When you receive your order, there will be a tag lock attached. Please note that once you remove the tag, we won't be able to process a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
